The High Torque mechanisms that we stock are made in the USA and have a high degree of precision and accuracy, less than 10 seconds per month variance. This mechanism is recommended for all hands bigger than 150mm.

The giant Clock hands in this set are 450mm (shaft hole to tip) for the minute hand and 330mm for the hour hand and feature a thicker more substantial look.  It takes one AA battery, the body of the mechanism is 15mm deep so it fits in the back cavity of our round art boards beautifully. Threaded shaft is suited for up to 10mm material thickness.

These size hands best suit a 100cm or 120cm round art board.
